Shipping and Returns
- We do not deliver Internationally. We can only deliver to valid Australian street addresses. PO Boxes, Australian Territories such as Christmas Island, Cocos/Keeling Islands, Norfolk Island and Australian Antarctic Territories cannot be delivered to except by special arrangement. Please contact us directly to make arrangements before placing your order; otherwise your order will be cancelled automatically.
- Item(s) will normally be dispatched the next three (3) business day after payment has been cleared.
- Stock levels are monitored to make sure that there is stock of items. If out of stock, new products will shortly be in stock.
- Items will be sent via couriers or Australia post. A tracking number will be sent once your item is sent and will be sent via the email provided.
- Correct postal addres, email address, and phone number details are required in the checkout area.
- A PO box is not recommended due to length and weight requirements. A physical address is highly recommend this.
- A re-delivery fee will be charged to the buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect postal address or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
- Product(s) can be returned within 30 days of dispatching the product(s).
- Any opened ordamaged packaging will not be accepted to be returned.
- Refund of monies will occur once product(s) are back to the premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
- Refunds will be by credit card or direct deposit.
- Refunds take approximately 5-10 days by credit card or direct deposit.
- Product(s) refunds must first be returned at your own cost.
